Green teas are processed soon after harvesting to prevent leaf oxidation and are handled with great care to prevent bruising and to preserve the green leaves’ soft, clean character. Our green teas are harvested at the highest elevations in Kenya, which give them a subtle and enjoyable flavor. Like white teas, green teas are valued not only for their lovely flavors and aromas, but for the high concentrations of antioxidant polyphenols and the L-Theanine amino acid.
