Preparation
It is at its best when steeped in cooler
water just short of boiling, around 175°F,
for 3 minutes. It should be savored as is,
with no additions. These leaves are suitable
for re-steeping, allowing a little extra time
on the second steep.
We recommend using two heaped teaspoons per cup for the loose leaf tea.

Beautiful Tea
After learning the great story of Majani's organic and fair trade Kenyan teas, I was eager to try them. Upon opening the Sawa white tea, the long, fresh leaves' beauty instantly impressed me. I made sure to brew it in a container that showed them off. The tea has a subtle, sweet, and clean taste (and I chose those words before I saw that the description above accurately uses the same ones). I brewed it stronger (with more tea) and it infused well a few times. Overall, this is a delightful white tea.
Smooth tea and great buds
A friend told me about this white tea. When i received the tin of loose leaf, i could not believe how big those tea buds were.

Soft, Smooth and refreshing...
