Preparation
Best when steeped in slightly cooler water just short of boiling, 185°F, for 3 minutes. It could support a touch of sweetener if desired, but we do not recommend milk. We recommend one teaspoon per cup.
Amount

Loose Leaf Tea in a 3.5 oz Tin. 50 Cups Per Tin.

"Sweet Roundness"

I was wondering what "sweet roundness" meant. After I took a sip, I understood. I was preparing to have somewhat bitter taste, but I was not so. It is not so "roasty" as other oolong teas I have tasted. It's growing on me.

Before trying this one, i had only tried one oolong tea. This one was milder and pleasant.
